A few weeks ago I was sent a beautiful bottle of Chambord. I thought it would be fun to recreate their Bramble cocktail. Normally I’ll create the cocktail, stage and shoot photos throughout the process and then share them here on PGT. I love doing that but I think it’s also important to try new forms of content.
For a while I’ve been keen to start making more videos, especially for my Instagram. So, I teamed up with Connor and we spent 3 days making a mini-series of 3 cocktail videos.
It was so much fun to get creative in a totally new way. We had to plan out shots, staging, lighting and camera angles. I feel like I learned a bunch of new skills over those days and together we make a good team.

It’s a very simple cocktail to make and if you give it a go please tag me over on Instagram. I love seeing photos of delicious cocktails.
Ingredients:
- 25ml Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur
- 25ml gin
- 20ml fresh lemon juice
- Lemon wedge
- Crushed ice
Method:
Take a short glass and fill to the top with crushed ice.
Pour in a shot of your favourite gin and fresh lemon juice, stir and add Chambord.
Finish with a lemon wedge hat.
